August 29, 2014--Phi Kappa Psi is excited to announce the hiring of a new Headquarters team member.

Patrick D. Griffith Wabash '07 has joined Headquarters staff as the Associate Director of Chapter Services for Districts II & IV.

Over the past several years, Patrick has been working in a variety of roles. From teaching elementary music and directing middle school band to traveling as a Regional Chapter Coordinator at Kappa Delta Pi, Patrick has discovered that building relationships is extremely important to him in both his personal and professional life.

"I am definitely excited about the relationships I will be forming and cultivating with Brothers and key people in their lives," Patrick said. "A very close second in regard to excitement is traveling through Districts II and IV, spending time on campuses and the places that Brothers call home."

As an Associate Director of Chapter Services, Patrick will serve as a de facto client manager for the chapters and colonies in his districts, helping them to improve and develop both as individuals and as a unified group.

"My goal is to build relationships with the Brothers in Districts II and IV and be an available point of contact," Patrick said. "I would really like to see my districts well represented through our various channels of community (e.g., The Shield's chapter updates, conferences, events, etc.) and be able to share the successes of those chapters when their institution comes up in conversation."

Patrick will assume the Associate Director role that Christopher G. Hodge Minnesota '06 is leaving to pursue his career in higher education.

"Patrick's past experience and expertise made him stand out in our interview process," Chad Stegemiller, Assistant Executive Director, said. "We are confident that Patrick will continue the great work that Chris has already started with Districts II & IV."

Christopher G. Hodge's Minnesota '06 last day will be today. Please join us in wishing him the best of luck as he pursues his career in higher education.

Patrick will be reaching out to the chapters and colonies in his districts over the next couple of weeks. Should you need anything in the meantime, you can email or call him at 317.632.1852.
