Phi Kappa Psi Executive Search
Over the past ten weeks, Kensington International has done a wonderful job in assisting the Search Committee to identify many qualified applicants for the position of Executive Director. The Committee is very pleased with the outreach and cultivation efforts of Kensington, and the professionalism that its staff has brought to the search process.
Kensington is now processing the materials and information that it received, and preparing same for the Search Committee's evaluation. The Search Committee will soon transition from the cultivation process to the identification process, and will undertake its task expeditiously. The Search Committee is confident that the processes for identifying the Fraternity's next Executive Director is proceeding as planned, and that it has maintained the search process within the time frames outlined with Kensington at the outset.
The Search Committee is very committed to the seriousness and integrity of its tasks. It is of the utmost importance that the Search Committee provide the Executive Council with outstanding candidates to consider for the hiring of the next Executive Director of Phi Kappa Psi. As such, the Search Committee will continue to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and objectiveness in completing its charged tasks.
