Fraternity Educators Leadership Academy

The Fraternity Educators Leadership Academy (FELA) is an educational leadership program held each year for the Fraternity Educators of each of the Fraternity's chapters and colonies. The program seeks to equip participants with an understanding of the Fraternity's six-week Member Orientation program and how to properly implement it within the chapter or colony. Participants also develop skills centered on team building and formation, educational paradigms, and facilitation techniques.

Participants learn together with Brothers from all over the country in both large and small group settings. Small groups are paramount to this process as it mimics the setting of a new member class and allows for facilitators to emphasize the proper way to use the program and provide feedback on how to personalize the program for the chapter or colony.
