What to Expect

Both tracks of the Woodrow Wilson Leadership School will cover the idea of leadership through several lenses. Mixed in with sessions on leadership will be service activities and events to help participants get to know each another.

Registration opens Wednesday, June 21 at 12 p.m. at Fairview House, with tours of Laurel Hall, Phi Kappa Psi's Headquarters, going from 11 a.m. through 3 p.m. All meals will be provided during the program beginning with dinner Wednesday night through breakfast Sunday morning.

About the Program

The program will examine leadership in Phi Kappa Psi, with participants breaking into small groups to examine how they themselves lead. Participants will also explore their strengths using the CliftonStrengths™ program, and issues in mental health and stress management. In keeping with The Great Joy of Serving Others, participants will work on a service project in the city of Indianapolis, and then return to a panel discussion with members of Indianapolis's philanthropic community to discuss the importance of being an active member of your community. Finally, participants will focus on their long-term goals and how to apply what they've learned about themselves and leadership to accomplishing those goals and changing their world for the better.

District Council Meetings

Mixed with all of this will be the District Council Meetings. At these meetings, each district will elect their Archons. If you are interested in serving as an Archon, visit the Archon page.
