2022 GAC Photo Gallery - Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity

The Grand Arch Council (GAC) is the governing body of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity. Dating back to 1855, GAC serves as an occasion when members gather to conduct Fraternity business while reflecting on the bonds of brotherhood. Every Phi Kappa Psi chapter sends two delegates and one alumnus to serve in the voting body for judicial, legislative, and executive functions. Alumni associations also send two delegates to vote on business matters.
