ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

Phi Kappa Psi condemns hazing in any form. There is no place for hazing or discrimination of any kind in our fraternity. Phi Kappa Psi members are educated on the dangers and negative effects of hazing throughout their undergraduate experience. If you experience or witness someone experiencing hazing, you are strongly encouraged to report it.

REPORT HAZING

To report a hazing incident, you can call The Greek Anti-Hazing Hotline at 1-888-NOT-HAZE (1-888-668-4293). The toll-free, confidential hotline takes calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you are a member of Phi Kappa Psi, you can log into the Phi Psi Portal to report a hazing incident as well.

For those who wish to submit an online report or remain anonymous, please click the “Report Hazing” button. You will be redirected to the Fraternal Law website where you can submit the report.

REPORT AN INCIDENT

If you experience or witness an incident that is unethical, that violates fraternity policy or could cause harm to individual(s), please report it immediately and provide as many details as possible. You can remain anonymous when reporting an incident. The information will be sent directly to a headquarters staff member.

If you prefer, incidents can be reported by emailing Senior Director of Chapter Operations, Ben Sigler, at bds@phikappapsi.com or by contacting the Fraternity’s headquarters at 317-632-1852.
