Explore is a high-yield, award-winning professional development and career immersion program for undergraduate Phi Psis hosted by alumni with expertise and success in specific fields.  Since 2023, dozens of students from chapters around the country have participated in the enriching Explore experience. Alumni hosts and presenters have found their participation equally valuable as they give back to the Fraternity by sharing their own career experience, providing important guidance to students, and helping Phi Psi as it prepares young men to be Ready for Life.

Each Explore program is unique, taking shape through a few pre-event meetings where the agenda and curriculum are catered to the specific career or topic.  Hosts and Presenters have the opportunity to influence the agenda in partnership with Phi Psi’s national programming team.
