REPORTING NEW MEMBERS
Accurate and timely reporting of new members is a crucial component of the recruitment process. It can also mean the difference in your chapter assessing late fees. Below are detailed instructions for the proper process of reporting new members.
Steps to Reporting a New Member

- Access the Recruitment Tool by navigating to your chapter dashboard in the Phi Psi Portal and selecting the Recruitment Tool icon. All chapters use this tool to report new members to Phi Psi HQ, regardless of your recruitment process.

- For potential members already in the tool: Move them from “Bid Offered” status to “Bid Accepted” status.

- To add multiple new members not yet in the tool: Click “Add Potential New Members” and enter each member’s first name, last name, and email address. Set their status to “Bid Accepted.”Note: The email address will be used to invite the new member to the Phi Psi Portal.

- When ready to submit your new member class: Click the “Report” button at the top of the Bid Accepted column.

- Verify all required information is complete for each member. A green circle with checkmark indicates the member is ready. Click “Next” to proceed.

- Set the New Member Begin Date (date of the induction ceremony). Click “Report as New Members” to submit your new member class to Phi Psi HQ.
If you have questions during the process, please reach out to your HQ representative. You can also access a video tutorial by clicking here or through the Phi Psi Portal FAQ.
