Phi Kappa Psi Announces New Service Immersion Trips Program

Indianapolis (July 25, 2018) – Phi Kappa Psi is pleased to announce an opportunity to support our new philanthropic focus on addressing poverty. The Fraternity will be hosting two Service Immersion Trips in Denver, CO and Twin Cities, MN to take place in spring 2019.

Phi Kappa Psi is seeking undergraduate men to participate in this weeklong journey to explore the city and its culture while they work hands-on with local nonprofits with efforts to eliminate poverty in the community. Staff and volunteers will be leading the Service Immersion Trips.

Please refer to the Service Immersion Trips webpage for more details regarding these trips and the most updated information on the application process, which will go live in the fall. 15 undergraduate members will be selected per trip, and specific dates will be announced as the application goes live.

We are thrilled to be offering this unique opportunity that will give undergraduate members a chance to immerse themselves in a local community, understand the concept of systemic poverty, and to explore their own individual strengths that they will use to help eliminate this issue in their own communities.
