REPRESENT PHI KAPPAA PSI ON CAPITOL HILL
The North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) and the Fraternal Government Relations Coalition (FGRC) are looking for driven fraternity men to represent their chapters on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. this April. This is a chance to fight for the future of fraternity life by meeting directly with lawmakers and their teams.
You should apply if you want to:
- Meet directly with the men and women who serve in Congress
- Advocate for the power of fraternity
- Walk the halls of Congress with student leaders from across the country
- Explore a career in politics and gain hands-on experience working to advance public policy
- Network with national fraternity/sorority leaders and alumni working in D.C.
Each year, Phi Kappa Psi takes part in the FGRC Capitol Hill Visits hosted in Washington, D.C. This experience allows participants to directly engage with lawmakers and their staffs to advocate for policies that support the sorority and fraternity experience. We are looking to sponsor Phi Psi members to attend this incredible opportunity to advocate for Phi Psi and Fraternity + Sorority Life.
The Hill Visit will take place April 13 – April 16, 2026. Those selected will be expected to participate in mandatory virtual trainings in the spring and then in-person training/practice in Washington, D.C. before visiting with elected leaders and their staff.
The Fraternity will cover the cost of travel and lodging for selected students. The deadline to apply for the 2026 Capitol Hill Visit is November 21.
