Executive Council Meeting
June 21, 2025 | Orlando, FL
On June 21, the Executive Council and Phi Kappa Psi staff will convene in Orlando, FL to hold our Summer Executive Council Meeting. This meeting is open for all members and volunteers to attend.

If you plan to attend the EC Meeting in-person, business attire is required, including a jacket and tie. The deadline for in-person registration is May 27, 2025.
You may also attend the meeting virtually by registering for the live webinar. There is no deadline to register to attend virtually.
Campfire
June 26-29, 2025 | Indianapolis, IN
Campfire 2025 will be on June 26-29 2025 at Butler University. Chapter/colony treasurers from each group will gather together to understand and strengthen their financial leadership skills. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and peer collaboration, participants will gain insights into essential financial topics, ensuring the financial health and stability of their groups across the country.
District Council Meeting – IV
July 18-20, 2025 | Atlanta, GA
Every other summer, in the years between Grand Arch Council (GAC), Phi Psi brothers come together for District Council Meetings. These gatherings are all about leadership, education, and strengthening our chapters. It’s also when each district elects its Archon, who will serve on the Executive Council for the next two years.
This year, the District IV Council Meeting will be at the Springhill Suites Atlanta Airport Gateway.

This year, the District V Council Meeting will be held at the Missouri Alpha Chapter House.
District Council Meeting – VI

Currently, there is no set location for the District VI Council Meeting.
District Council Meeting – I
July 25-27, 2025 | Newark, NJ

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION EVENTS
Houston Alumni Association Founders Day Service + Lunch
April 26, 2025 | Houston, TX
The Houston Alumni Association will be partnering with the Texas Zeta (Houston Christian) and Texas Epsilon (SFA) chapters for a combined Founder’s Day celebration on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
We will be serving at The Houston Food Bank from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., followed by lunch at Cyclone Anaya’s (address will be given to those serving). This event is accessed by registration only, and we’re having a maximum of 20 people, so be sure to register by April 12 in order to secure your spot. Significant others are welcome to attend.
When you register for the food bank, you’ll also be automatically registered for the Founder’s Day lunch. You’ll then receive further instructions as the weeks draw closer to the event.
We can’t wait to celebrate the founding of our Noble Fraternity with y’all soon!

Penn Beta 170th Anniversary Weekend
April 25-26, 2025 | Meadville, PA
On the weekend of April 25, we will be holding a celebration of our chapter’s long standing history all weekend long. Between the food, drinks, history and getting the chance to reconnect with brothers old and new, this will be a weekend to remember and one that you will certainly not want to miss out on. If you have not already, now is the time to mark your calendars and begin to make travel arrangements so you can be sure to not miss out on a wonderful weekend of brotherhood.
