YOUR 2025-26 CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE
Insurance certificates for the 2024–25 school year will expire on Wednesday, October 1. That same day, certificates for the 2025–26 academic year will be available in the Phi Psi Portal. Below, you will find instructions on where to access the current certificates and where to locate the new ones beginning Wednesday.
To access certificates, please follow the instructions below:
Chapter Certificate:
- Go to the Phi Psi Portal Resources
- Select Chapters and Colonies Folder > Risk Management and Insurance Folder > Insurance Folder
- Select file “Certificate of Liability Insurance”
Some Chapters have recurring certificates that have been created. To find these certificates:
- Go to the Phi Psi Portal
- Select your chapter in the top right-hand corner next to your name
- Select Chapter Docs > General Folder
- If a certificate has been made for your chapter, you will find it here. If not, please follow the instructions below.
To request a certificate with a university or venue named as additionally insured:
- Go to Phi Psi Portal Resources
- Select Chapters and Colonies Folder > Risk Management and Insurance Folder > Insurance Folder
- Select file “Additionally Insured Instructions” and follow instructions
