Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity operates a mobile messaging program subject to the Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”) below. Our collection and use of your personal information are also subject to this privacy policy.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity provides SMS communications to our undergraduate and alumni membership base. SMS messages are sent by Fraternity staff to opted-in members for notification of important membership-based information, including chapter updates, event announcements, and organizational communications, on an Opt-In basis.
USER OPT-IN
By opting in for SMS notifications, you authorize the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity to contact you via the mobile phone number that you provided in accordance with your preferences indicated by the boxes you checked.
Message frequency may vary. There is no charge to participate in the Phi Kappa Psi text notifications and offers; however, message and data rates may apply (please contact your mobile carrier for further details on message and data rates under your mobile plan).
USER OPT-OUT AND SUPPORT
You understand you can opt-out of receiving Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity text notifications at any time by texting STOP, or by emailing marketing@phikappapsi.com. Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered to you if your phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of your wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. You acknowledge that urgent alerts may not be timely received and that your wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered.
