Join us at the iconic Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale and turn your 2026 Grand Arch Council experience into a true destination event. 

The 2026 Grand Arch Council will be held at The Phoenician, a premier luxury resort nestled at the base of Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona. Known for its expansive grounds, world‑class amenities, and desert‑meets‑refinement atmosphere, The Phoenician offers an ideal setting for meaningful connection, conversation, and celebration during GAC. 

 

Exceptional Value for GAC Attendees 

A room block has been secured at The Phoenician for an excetional value of $179 per night (compared to the resort’s typical nightly rate over $500).* This exclusive rate is available only to GAC attendees and is intended to make staying on property both accessible and appealing. 

A Resort Experience Worth the Trip 

The Phoenician is designed as a destination in itself. Guests enjoy access to multiple resort pools, including expansive leisure pools and adults‑only options, along with private cabanas and sweeping views of the surrounding Sonoran Desert. The resort also features a full‑service spa, championship golf, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness facilities, and a variety of on‑site dining options ranging from casual to upscale. 

With miles of walking paths, manicured grounds, and direct access to nearby hiking trails, the resort offers plenty of opportunities to relax, recharge, or explore between GAC sessions. 

Please note: Chapter/colony delegates do not need to reserve a room. Each group has paid for a hotel room in national dues and a reservation will be made by National Headquarters for one (1) room per chapter/colony for up to four people. Any additional rooms needed must be reserved on your own.

*In addition to the nightly rate, there will be an additional $15.00 daily Resort Fee (reduced from $45.00) that includes the following amenities:

  • Standard in-room Wi-Fi
  • Craft Beer Tasting (11 AM, daily)
  • Tennis court time and equipment usage at The Phoenician Athletic Club; reservations required (one hour, daily)
  • Pickleball court time and equipment usage at The Phoenician Athletic Club; reservations required (one hour, daily)
  • Bicycle usage at The Phoenician Athletic Club (two hours, daily)
  • Outdoor morning yoga class at The Phoenician Spa (daily)

Porterage + Housekeeping: A one-time Porterage gratuity charge of $10.00 (reduced from $14.00) total, per person check-in and check-out will be charged to each guest folio and is paid in its entirety to employees providing the porterage services. An additional charge of $3.00 (reduced from $5.00) per room plus tax, per night will be added to each guest folio for Housekeeping service fee. Of the charge of $3.00 per room plus tax, per night added for Housekeeping service fee; 100% is paid to the employee servicing the room.
