On April 7, Phi Psi HQ is hosting a virtual focus group for our undergraduate members to share their thoughts on communications from HQ. This session is designed to be an open, honest conversation about what’s working, what’s not, and how our messaging can better serve you.

This virtual focus group will focus specifically on:

• How you currently receive communications from HQ
• Which messages are most useful (and which ones get lost)
• Clarity, tone, timing, and channels of communication
• Ideas for improving how information is shared with undergraduates

The discussion will be guided, but informal — this is a space for real feedback, not right or wrong answers.

• Improve how important information is shared
• Better understand undergraduate needs and preferences
• Create communications that are clearer, more relevant, and more engaging
