Pivot is an immersive leadership development experience focused on helping undergraduate members identify their values, strengthen leadership skills, build meaningful relationships, and develop a personal vision for their future.
WHAT IS PIVOT?
Pivot is a six-day, immersive leadership experience held during spring break. Designed to accelerate personal and professional growth, the program combines hands-on learning, real-world leadership challenges, service opportunities, and meaningful connection with peers and alumni.
Throughout the week, participants engage in a dynamic schedule that includes leadership workshops, small-group discussions, a challenge course, community service, and professional development experiences. From navigating team challenges to building relationships in unique settings, every element of Pivot is intentionally designed to push participants outside their comfort zones and help them grow.

*Pivot will have a registration fee of $250. The registration fee will be collected upon being accepted once participants have been selected. Chapter OneFunds may be available to help offset this cost!
