Running a successful chapter requires strong communication, organization, and access to the right resources. That’s why Phi Kappa Psi HQ staff hosts a series of Chapter Operations Calls throughout the academic year to support active chapters and colonies.

These calls provide chapter leaders with important operational updates, best practices, and guidance on topics affecting chapters/colonies throughout the year. While discussion topics will vary from session to session, each call is designed to help officers stay informed, address challenges, and ensure their chapter is positioned for success.

Who Should Attend?

The Corresponding Secretary is the preferred attendee for each call. If he is unavailable, another chapter officer should participate on behalf of the chapter. All chapters and colonies are expected to have at least one representative in attendance for each call. Alumni and volunteers are also welcome to join.
