HOW IT WORKS

Register for GAC by the specific date and your name will be entered into a drawing for that prize!

HOW TO ENTER

  • Complete your GAC registration by the deadline
  • Your registration automatically counts as your entry
  • One winner will be selected after the promotion ends (unless otherwise stated)

  • To be eligible for drawings, individuals must complete a full GAC registration by 11:59 p.m. PST on the date listed for each drawing:
    • November 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST
    • December 22, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PST
    • January 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST
    • February 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST
    • March 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST
    • April 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST
    • May 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST
  • Individuals who complete a full GAC registration by any of the specific dates will qualify to have their name entered one (1) time for the drawing that occurs for that date.
  • Individuals may also get additional automatic bonus entries into each subsequent drawing(s).
  • Individuals only qualify to win up to one drawing.
  • Once a recipient is announced, that individual is not eligible to win in subsequent drawings.
  • Elected officers and staff members are excluded from the drawing. All drawings are final.
  • One recipient for each drawing will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible participants:
    • Recipient will receive one gift card in the amount of a standard room at The Phoenician Resort based on the convention rate for the Grand Arch Council.
    • Recipient will receive one gift card in the amount of $100.
    • Three recipients will receive one free Phi Psi polo each in the size of their choice.
    • Three recipient will receive one free GAC t-shirt each in the size of their choice (design will be announced via t-shirt contest).

WHAT IS GAC?

Every two years, Phi Kappa Psi brothers from across the country gather for one of the most meaningful and memorable experiences in our Fraternity – Grand Arch Council (GAC). Since 1855, this historic event has served as the heart of Phi Psi’s governance and the soul of our brotherhood, bringing undergraduate and alumni members together to shape the future of our organization while celebrating the values that unite us.

GAC is an opportunity to celebrate brotherhood, leadership, and the enduring legacy of our Fraternity.

GAC: MORE THAN A BUSINESS MEETING

Yes, we conduct business, but GAC is so much more. It’s a tradition that combines leadership, connection, and celebration. Delegates from chapters and alumni association come together to vote on Fraternity matters, elect new alumni officers to the Executive Council, and collaborate on committees that review and recommend updates to our Constitution, Rules, and By-Laws. It’s a moment where every voice matters and every decision helps define the next era of Phi Kappa Psi.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everyone! GAC is open to all undergraduates, alumni, and family of Fraternity members. Here’s why:

We want your voice to be heard: GAC is the opportunity for members to express their thoughts, opinions, and vote on how Phi Psi functions.

Meet members and guests from all over the country: People from every state reunite or acquaint for the first time at GAC. Catch up with old friends, meet new friends, and share Phi Psi stories with us!

Opportunity to travel: GAC is held in different cities across America, giving the opportunity to explore somewhere you might’ve never been.

Events for non-members: For guests who are not initiated, there are guest programming activities provided while members conduct Fraternity business. Non-members are encouraged to connect with all attendees.

Chapters: Chapters are required to send two delegates to attend and vote on Fraternity business. Chapters who do not send delegates to GAC will be fined.

Colonies: Colonies are required to send delegates but cannot vote on Fraternity business. Colonies who do not send delegates to GAC will be fined.

Alumni Associations: Alumni Associations may send up to two delegates to vote. There is no fine for Alumni Associations for not sending delegates.

Delegates must represent groups that are in good standing and do not have outstanding dues (90 days or more overdue) to be eligible to vote on Fraternity business at GAC. If groups are not in good standing and have outstanding dues, they cannot vote.

Opportunities to Engage in Brotherhood

GAC kicks off with a Welcome Reception where brothers gather to catch up and socialize with fellow members, honored guests, Executive Council, and headquarters staff.

GAC ends with the Final Banquet to celebrate a successful conference! Awards are given to individuals and chapters to highlight their accomplishments.

Conducting Business

Business at each GAC includes general sessions, committee sessions, and district meetings. Attending members conduct fraternity business and socialize with brothers from across their region and nation.

General sessions are just like chapter meetings – conducting new business, committee reports, voting on new Executive Council Alumni members, and much more.

Just like in a chapter, members attend committee meetings to collaborate with one another and brainstorm ways to progress our Fraternity. Committees will then reconvene and share their reports at a general session along with recommendations they may have for Headquarters staff.

District meetings are when groups (chapters and alumni associations) from each district assemble to discuss current updates from their group.

For non-members attending, guest programming is available with activities and events while members conduct Fraternity business.

A full schedule of this upcoming GAC will be provided soon, but above is what to expect.

This GAC, instead of a Founders Cup, Phi Kappa Psi is hosting the Amici Open.

The Amici Open golf outing will be Wednesday, July 15. It is an 18-hole scramble with a shotgun start at 7 AM. If you are interested in attending this event, we recommend you travel in the night prior (Tuesday, July 14).

*A $650 fee will be billed to your chapter/colony for each non-delegate.

GAC tickets are non-refundable.

However, tickets are transferrable between members. If you end up purchasing a ticket and find out you are unable to make it, you can transfer your ticket to another Phi Psi member at no extra cost.

If you register before May 27, 2026, you will get Early Bird Pricing! Registering between May 27 and June 23, 2026 will get you a discounted registration rate.

If you register in the Early Bird period (before May 27, 2026), you are automatically included in drawings that will roll out leading up to the event! Higher up on this page describes all the drawings.
