The Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity is excited to announce the hiring of Claude Warren III DePauw ‘96 (Butler ’95) as the first CEO of the Canonsburg Corporation. Warren joins the team with over a decade of experience as the Director of Operations for the Sigma Kappa National Housing Corporation.

On his first day in the office, Warren will walk into familiar surroundings, thanks to his previous tenure with Phi Kappa Psi from 2001 to 2008, most recently as Associate Executive Director.

Warren’s hiring marks a significant milestone for Phi Kappa Psi as The Canonsburg Corporation aims to expand its scope of services beyond providing loans and resources into a comprehensive national housing corporation. Over the coming year, Warren will collaborate with the Canonsburg Board, House Corporations, and dedicated volunteers to better understand how to best address the needs of Phi Kappa Psi’s house corporations.

“We are excited to welcome Claude Warren back to Phi Kappa Psi in this pivotal role,” said Ronald Ransom II, Phi Kappa Psi’s Executive Director. “His experience and deep understanding of fraternity operations and housing make him the ideal leader to drive the Canonsburg Corporation forward, ensuring we provide unparalleled support to our house corporations.”

Warren’s first day will be on Thursday, July 11, 2024 when he will make a brief appearance at the Grand Arch Council.
