MEET YOUR NEW DISTRICT ARCHONS
During the recent District Council meetings — held over two weekends in July at six different locations — these fine, young gentlemen were elected by their peers to serve for the 2025-27 term. Join us in congratulating them, and please encourage their efforts as they dedicate their time and effort to our noble Fraternity.
District I: Jordan Schaffer URI ‘23
Hometown: Lexington, Massachusetts
Major: Finance, Business Analytics and Intelligence
When Brother Schaffer joined Phi Psi, he quickly realized it was so much more than making friends and having something to do on the weekends. He discovered a community. “My brothers and this Fraternity have made me the man I am today. I’m proud of that,” Jordan said. Within each chapter there’s a unique culture, and Jordan looks forward to expanding his knowledge of chapters outside his own. He is eager to connect chapters in his district to people and resources they need to be successful. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys lacrosse, lifting and skiing.
District II: Case Mongold Capital ‘23
Hometown: Shelby, Ohio
Major: Political Science
Brother Mangold joined Phi Psi because of the strong sense of brotherhood within the chapter, and he wanted to be part of that shared connection. Case looks forward to extending his connections by getting to know all of the chapters and alumni associations and hearing about their plans, successes, and challenges. The person who has made the biggest impact in his life is his father who always encouraged him to be involved and do his best. “Whether it was scouting, school sports, or now the Fraternity he supports me in what I do,” Case said. In his downtime, Case likes to read and especially enjoys “The Lord of the Rings.”
District III: Vance Menapace Purdue ‘23
Hometown: Carmel, Indiana
Major: Computer Science
Part of why Brother Menapace joined Phi Psi is the idea of a self-governing organization —where members aren’t just passive participants but leaders who shape the chapter’s future — was appealing. He is excited to work closely with both undergraduates and alumni — listening to their needs, sharing resources, and building connections that empower every chapter to reach its full potential. Vance’s father has always been a model of hard work, dedication, and quiet leadership. “His example is a daily reminder of the importance of drive, integrity, and supporting others. I try to bring those same values into every role I take on, including serving as Archon,” Vance shared.
District IV: Quinn McNomee Alabama ‘23
Hometown: Annapolis, Maryland
Major: Marketing
Brother McNomee looks forward to being a reliable and approachable point of contact for anyone who needs support. His goal is to build strong relationships and ensure that every chapter feels heard, supported, and connected. Quinn shared a personal reflection on the best advice he has ever received: “‘Control what you can control. Have fun.’ This saying holds deep meaning within our chapter. It was a motto written on the wall of our beloved brother Colin LeMoine ‘23, who passed away. His words continue to guide us every day. They remind us that while life can be unpredictable, focusing on what’s within our control and keeping a positive outlook is what matters most. No matter what challenges come our way, we carry Colin’s message with us — to stay grounded, clear-minded, and to keep moving forward with purpose and joy.”
District V: Alex Payne Texas Tech ‘24
Hometown: Austin, Texas
Major: Finance
The best advice Brother Payne has received is, “Hard work beats talent every time.” He looks forward to meeting new people as he serves his district and plans to put his work ethic to use helping others strive for their best. Alex relies on the impact of his relationship with God and is dedicated to the Phi Psi brotherhood. He also enjoys golf, and his favorite book/movie is “Beautiful Boy.”
District VI: Adam Darvishian Oregon ‘24
Hometown: Simi Valley, California
Major: Advertising
Brother Darvishian joined when his chapter was just a year into its recharter, and he was sold on the idea of being part of something new. “Knowing I could have an impact on something that would last for future brothers really motivated me,” Adam said. He excited for the opportunity to build new connections, support the needs of the district, and make a positive impact beyond his own chapter. Seems Adam lives out the best advice he’s ever been given: “If you stop trying new things, stop asking questions, and stop stepping out of your comfort zone, your life will become stuck, boring, and lifeless.” In his free time, Adam enjoys college and professional football, cooking, reading and camping.
Deputy Archons
These gentlemen also were elected to serve at the ready if the District Archon is unable to fulfill his obligation.
