Campfire provides chapters the space to learn and prepare to run a successful fraternity. This conference-inspired program engages undergraduates and alumni on topics relevant to the success and advancement of our chapters and brotherhood.

Who Should Attend

This Campfire is specifically designed for recruitment leaders preparing to guide their chapter or colony’s recruitment efforts for the year ahead.

What to Expect

An interactive experience where recruitment chairmen can learn alongside peers, exchange ideas and work through the challenges that come with leading recruitment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Campfire is being offered to one Recruitment Chair for each chapter/colony. If you have multiple leaders that handle recruitment, additional registrants may be placed on a waitlist and be notified if space is available.

If your Recruitment Chair is not available, plan to have someone in a leadership role attend in his absence (ex. having your President attend if your Recruitment Chair cannot).

Potentially. This Campfire program is intended for brothers who will be leading recruitment efforts for the 2027/28 academic year, whether they currently hold the position or are preparing to step into the role.

Each chapter/colony may send one representative at no cost. There is no cost to register for this program.

The Fraternity will cover lodging and meals for all attendees. Airfare will be covered for those traveling outside of a five-hour window from Indianapolis, IN.

More details will be available when registration opens in January.

Registration for Campfire will be open in January 2027 through the end of April 2027.

Casual clothing is appropriate throughout the program. Be sure to bring clothing suitable for the weather, as you’ll be walking outside between buildings. Phi Psi letters/apparel is always encouraged!

You will not need to bring anything other than clothes, toiletries, and necessary medications. Attendees are encouraged to bring laptops/tablets.

Towels and linens for a twin XL bed will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
