The survey can be found via QR codes in your Explore Workbook, but can also be accessed on this page by clicking the “Session Survey” button.

Zachary Brantly Purdue ’12

Zachary Brantly Purdue ‘12 is Head of U.S. Investment Banking at Berenberg Capital Markets in New York, where he leads the firm’s U.S. investment-banking activities. He joined Berenberg after roles in equity capital markets and investment banking (including Crédit Agricole CIB) and was promoted to Head of U.S. Investment Banking in December 2020. Brantly holds a BS in Economics from Purdue University.

Matthew Bratsch Butler ’24 (Rowan ’11)

Matthew Bratsch Butler ‘24 (Rowan ’11) is an educator with five years of highly effective distinctions. Currently, he is the Director of Leadership and Development for the Nelson Leadership Institute and the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation, advancing the programming initiatives within the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity. In the classroom, Matthew has been awarded over $100,000 in grants for the classroom and school facilities while building two award-winning theatre programs in the state of Florida. Growing up in New Jersey, Matthew received a Bachelor’s in History with a Concentration in International Studies at Rowan University and graduate studies at St. John’s River State College.

David Henry
Retired Vice PResident Chairman and CEO of Kimco Realty Corporation

David B. Henry is the retired Vice Chairman and CEO of Kimco Realty Corporation, North America’s largest publicly traded owner and operator of open-air shopping centers. Prior to Kimco, he spent more than two decades at GE Capital Real Estate, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, leading global investment strategy and pension advisory activities. David is also the co-founder of Peaceable Street Capital and has served on numerous public and private real estate boards, including Healthcare Realty, Starwood Real Estate Income Trust, Healthpeak Properties, and Tanger Outlets. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University and an MBA from the University of Miami.

Nick Hsu Stanford ‘04 is Managing Partner at Palm Drive Capital, where he has helped lead the firm’s global venture investments for nearly a decade. Prior to venture capital, he spent six years at Palantir Technologies, working on data-driven solutions for governments and enterprises worldwide. Nick holds a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Justin Kong Minnesota ‘13 currently serves as Associate Director at Nearwater Capital, a specialty finance firm focused on structured asset financing and risk-retention sponsorships. Previously, he held leadership roles in derivatives sales at Crédit Agricole CIB and Mizuho, and began his career managing structured derivatives partnerships at Cargill, where he advised corporate and institutional clients on multi-billion dollar hedging strategies. Justin earned a B.S. in Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and also studied at the University of Technology Sydney.

Justin Natalizio DePaul ‘13 is a Managing Director at The Porosoff Group at Compass Commercial, specializing in investment sales, joint venture structuring, and capital markets transactions. Over his career, he has completed 30+ deals totaling more than $700 million, including high-profile projects like structuring the 99-year ground lease at 580 Broadway and managing major equity raises and note sales. Before joining Compass, Justin built a successful career at Marcus & Millichap, where he earned multiple national sales awards recognizing his outstanding performance. He is a graduate of DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business, where he studied Finance and Real Estate.

Jordan Raugh Muskingum ’13

Jordan Raugh Muskingum ’13 began his non-profit career at Muskingum University as an assistant basketball coach before joining the Admissions Department, where he worked with students from across the country and provided specialized support for those with learning differences through the PLUS Program. He now serves the Nelson Leadership Institute, where he relaunched the Paul R. Wineman Mentoring Advantage Program to connect undergraduates with alumni mentors and leads alumni recruitment and engagement for the Explore Program, an immersive externship experience introducing students to professional opportunities nationwide. Jordan earned his B.A. in History and Adolescent to Young Adult Education from Muskingum University in 2016.

Manda Riley
Scholarship + Academic Data Manager at the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation

Manda Riley is a social worker and keynote speaker with over a decade of experience in non-profit settings, including case management, student programming, financial aid, and adjunct faculty at the University of Missouri. She serves as the Scholarship and Academic Data Manager for the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation, where she supports national scholarship and NLI program applications, helps Chapters make the most of their funds, and oversees academic data collection and analysis. Manda earned a Bachelor’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis. With national scholarship season approaching, she encourages you to apply by March 15!

David Wilson Lafayette ’79

David Wilson Lafayette ‘79 is an Adjunct Professor at the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, where he teaches courses focused on finance and investing. He is also a consultant with Chartic and brings extensive experience in private equity and leveraged finance, having held senior leadership roles at Fidelity Capital Investors, Paratus Capital Management, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Over the course of his career, David has led and advised leveraged buyout and middle-market investment strategies across a range of market environments. David graduated with a Economics Degree from Lafayette College and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Jack Woodruff
Founder and Former Chief Investment Officer of CCM

Jack Woodruff is the founder and former Chief Investment Officer of CCM, leading the firm from its inception in 2019 through 2025. He oversaw all CIO portfolio investment decisions, managed the Portfolio Managers, and designed CCM’s investment, research, and risk-management frameworks. He was named a Partner in 2013. Earlier in his career, Mr. Woodruff worked with Gabriel Plotkin at Sigma Capital, a division of SAC Capital Advisors, and previously held analyst roles at Northsound Capital and Trivium Capital. Mr. Woodruff holds an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Mike Zabik

Mike Zabik is a Partner at RedBird Capital Partners and leads its Financial Services investment business. In his current role, Mike leads all sourcing, execution, company building and monetization initiatives across the Financial Services portfolio. Since 2014, the Firm has invested over $1.75 billion in Financial Services investments across 9 platforms and completed 50+ add-on acquisitions. Mike is responsible for the Firm’s investments in Aquarian Holdings, Arax Investment Partners, Bishop Street Underwriters, Main Street Advisors and Obra Capital. Mike also previously led RedBird’s investment in Constellation Affiliated Partners, an MGA platform, sold to Truist in July 2021.
